Formerly operated by Norwegian’s parent company Star Cruises, the Norwegian Spirit joined NCL's fleet in 2004. Dining venues are plentiful and include French, Japanese and Chinese restaurants, two main dining rooms serving Continental fare, a casual Lido Cafe and the 24-hour Blue Lagoon Restaurant. After dinner, guests can enjoy a Broadway-style show in the 1,000-seat show lounge or dance the night away in the disco. Other popular nightspots include a world-class casino and karaoke lounge. Families with children will be thrilled with the extensive youth facilities, which include a children's computer center, video arcade, Buccaneer's Wet and Wild pool area and a supervised children's center. Staterooms are well-appointed with Elemis luxury bathroom amenities, stocked mini-bar and newly-expanded room-service menu, as well as upgraded bed linens, pillows, mattresses and memory foam mattress toppers.
